What goes in which bin?

Recycling goes in your green bin.
Food waste goes in the food caddy.
Rubbish we can’t recycle goes in your black b in.
Garden waste goes in a brown wheelie bin you can order for an annual fee.
We have extra recycling collections for batteries, textiles and small electrical items

To find out what you can and can’t recycle, use our special waste item search box in our online app called Binzone – type in the item you’re throwing away and it’ll tell you what bin to put it in. You can also find out when your bins will be emptied.
