Mobile Home Parks (council-owned)

If you are looking to rent a pitch or are already renting on a council-owned mobile home site in the area then this is the page for you.

Note if you are a landlord who wants to use land as mobile home site, including for a single unit, you will need to go onto a different page for landlords here.

The council owns Pebble Hill and Woodlands Park. They are both permanent residential mobile home parks owned and managed by the Vale of White Horse District Council. They have space for 216 mobile homes.

They are situated side by side, approximately 4 miles from Oxford, and 1.4 miles from Radley station. 3 miles north of Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Residents own their homes and pay an annual pitch rent to the council.

All plots have electrical, water and drainage connections. There is no mains gas on the site.

Those looking to rent a pitch

We have a number of frequently asked questions for people who are looking to rent, such as – are you able to live on the park all year round? Can you keep pets?  (The answer to both is ‘yes’)

Current residents

We have a dedicated page for residents of Pebble Hill and Woodlands Park

The park is run by Mandy Courtney – Mobile Home Parks Officer

You can contact her by phone 01235 422672 or email [email protected]

  • South Oxfordshire District Council also has a mobile home park.
